Plaud Rebuilds Its Knowledge Base Around Time and Events for Its AI Agent

Plaud Intelligence now organizes every recording by time and event, and Plaud Agent answers from only the relevant context.. Plaud has rebuilt the knowledge base in Plaud Intelligence around two views, time and events, so Plaud Agent can answer questions from only the relevant recordings instead of the whole library.

Plaud says the knowledge base in Plaud Intelligence is now organized around two dimensions, time and events, rather than folders and file dates. The company says the Time view groups conversations and files under Upcoming, Today, Yesterday and This Week, while the Events view groups recordings by engagement, topic or project so that everything related to a client, case or initiative sits together.

According to Plaud, the change is meant to change what its AI agent can do with the recordings. The company says that when a user asks Plaud Agent a question inside a time or event view, the agent works within that context rather than the entire knowledge base, searching only the relevant recordings. Plaud says the tighter the context, the more accurate and useful the answer.

Plaud says the new structure is designed for the way people recall conversations, by when something happened and what the event was. The company says users can find anything from a specific day without scrolling through months of files, and that Events can be created to group related conversations, clients or projects.

Plaud says existing recordings carry over automatically to the new knowledge base, grouped by when they happened in the Time view, and that nothing is deleted or removed. The company says recordings previously organized by folder or saved to a specific device remain accessible through the Time view, and that users can create Events to group related conversations going forward.

Plaud says an Event is a grouping for related recordings, such as a client, project, case or ongoing engagement, and that users name and create them. The company says recordings can be added to an Event manually or assigned by Plaud Agent based on context. Plaud says Plaud Team extends the same knowledge base across an organization so a whole team works from shared context.

Plaud says the knowledge base also changes what the AI can do with accumulated context. The company says that as more is captured, structure is what keeps that context findable, and that the new view is not a visual refresh but a different way of organizing conversations that changes what the AI can do with them.

Plaud says the knowledge base now supports professional workflows. The company says legal professionals can organize by matter or case file, healthcare professionals can give each recorded patient their own profile, and consultants can use the Time view to see what happened across every call and conversation in a day.

Plaud says the new knowledge base view is part of Plaud Intelligence, the AI feature set the company has been rolling out. The company says Plaud Agent can answer questions about meeting context, and that the knowledge base gives it the structure to do so from the right recordings rather than the entire library.
